Microsoft CRM 4.0 for the Perfect Business Solution
Microsoft India has launched its CRM 4.0 (Customer Relationship Management) software on Wednesday, to help the businesses streamline processes amid the current economic scenario.
Microsoft said that the CRM 4.0 is a value-driven customer relationship management solution that delivers the ability for organizations to optimise productivity, profitability, infrastructure and their budgets. That would be very helpful in current market situation to boost up the business.
"CRM solution assists organization place their customers at the center of all their business activities," said Sushant Dwivedy Microsoft India Director Business Solution.
According to Forrester Research study, the CRM and services market is expected to grow from the about USD 8.4 billion in 2006 to USD 10.9 billion 2010, with much of the growth coming from the mid-market firms.
In India, insurance sector is driving the adoption of CRM followed closely by the IT/ITeS segment.
