Lenovo W700ds ThinkPad with 2 LCD screens
Lenovo's w700ds thinkpad to be the world's first laptop to come with dual screen with an integrated WACOM digitizer, a 17" primary screen and 10.6" secondary screen.
The primary WUXGA 17-inch screen is brighter and more colorful than other notebook and is rated at 400 nits of brightness. The secondary 10.6-inch vertical screen is about the size of a typical netbook display and can also be tilted up to 30 degrees. Lenovo calls it the mobile workstation.
It comes with the Intel Core 2 Quad processors and NVIDIA Quadro FX 3700M GPU, with 8GB DDR3 RAM abd with upto 960 GB of storage capicity. Weight of the notebook might be the double of typical laptops. The w700ds is expected to be available in 2009 with approx. 3600 USD. The W700ds is so wide that it has a separate numeric keypad, a rare case on laptop keyboards.
