Sony PSP - 4000 expected to be launched in 2009
Sony has plans to launch the new PlayStation Portable (PSP) - 4000 console in the year 2009. Sony developers are already working on PSP successor - PSP 2 which will be introduced later.
We would imagine the updated PSP would change the screen interlacing issues that the PSP-3000 suffers from, but we are just imaging. Detailed specification about PSP 4000 is not available as of now.
Although such a news has been dismissed by Sony, stated that there are no plans of a new PSP, it seems that a successor might be under heavy development. Sources say that a lot of developers are already creating games for this future console, which would bring a variety of innovations.
The PSP-2000 was the slimmer and lighter than PSP-1000 and PSP-3000 with brighter screen was iteration of PSP-2000. Let's hope that Sony will come forward with an official statement about the future of the PSP and of a possible successor.

well great Sony will really encash the existing market of their very sucessfull PS-3 and PS-2 and PSP is going to make a revoltution in the games industry fro sure, as there are as more and more gamers are joining the industry and it is grwoing every day.
